A design collaboration with Horse Cycles, commissioned by a private client. Our objective was to design and fabricate an electric bicycle with a detachable sidecar that could withstand the challenging environmental conditions of Burning Man, in the salty flats of the Nevada desert. The Drifter can be ridden with or without the sidecar, and has carried up to 390 LBS, reaching speeds of 35 MPH, and ranging up to 60 miles on a single charge.

To further suit the needs of our customer base and add to our product line, we developed the Kahnco Travel Case. Building upon the flagship modular system, the travel case also integrates and endless array of internal modular features so each musician can construct the sound and power system of their desires. The case was designed the fit the standards of Euro rack synthesizer parts and FAA regulations, to easily be toted as a carry-on accessory.

Audiophiles consider the Western Electric 16A Horn from the 1930’s to be the pinnacle of audio. They are extremely rare to find, and even more difficult to come across in good shape. Our task was to reverse engineer one of the originals in order to replicate it with modern technology. We visited the Klipsch Museum of Audio to measure and scan an intact horn to create a 3D model that would later be used to fabricate new parts.
